NAMI Family & Friends Mental Health and Spiritual Support Group

7-8:30 pm in Edmonds
1st, 3rd and 5th Tuesdays of the Month:
This group is for individuals who wish to share their life experiences, spirituality, and coping skills in living with a mental illness. This interfaith group is open to caregivers and those living with a mental illness, including family members and loved ones. This group meets at North Sound Church, 404 Bell Street, Edmonds, WA.


NAMI Connections Support Group

7-8:30 pm in Lynnwood
2nd and 4th Thursday of the Month:
NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for adults living with mental illness. You will gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others, and the groups are led by NAMI-trained facilitators who’ve been there.  Join us in the Verdant Building, 4710 196th Street SW, Lynnwood, WA 98036.

NAMI Basics, Parent Support Group: for parents and caregivers of youth and adolescents (under 20 years of age) living with a mental illness

7-9:00 pm in Everett
1st Tuesday of the Month:
Parents meet to share our joys, frustrations, and gain strength from those “walking the walk” with us, at The First Presbyterian Church, 2936 Rockefeller Avenue, Everett, WA 98201. The church is located across from the courthouse. BASICS sign is located at Rockefeller stairway entrance; bear right as you enter the church doors to Calvin Lounge.

A group for family and friends of individuals with mental illness, who provide support and hope through a collective group exchange. The group is facilitated by trained family member peers. Meets monthly at the Snohomish County Public Utility District, 2320 California Street, Room TC-2A, Everett, WA.

2nd Monday of the Month:

NAMI Family Support Group – Whidbey Island (Freeland)

7-8:30 pm in Freeland
2nd Wednesday of the Month: 
A group for family and friends of individuals with mental illness, who provide support and hope through a collective group exchange. The group is facilitated by trained family member peers. Meets at Trinity Lutheran Church, 18341 WA-525, Freeland, WA 98249. (Building closest to the highway.


DBSA (Depression & Bipolar Support Alliance) Support Groups

“Due to the lack of response to their appeal for volunteers the board members of Snohomish County DBSA  find themselves in a position where we need to discontinue the group. Their last meeting was on March 26, 2018.”
