Find Help, Find Hope…

This first week of October is Mental Illness Awareness week

This week you can strengthen the community of support and bring awareness by participating in our most basic CIVIC process.
https://www.sos.wa.gov/elections/

1 – Check that you are registered to vote, and your address is current
2 – If you need to register – do it online – Deadline is October 10th.
You can register until October 31st in person at the Snohomish County Courthouse
3 – Get a personalized ballot online and then look at the Voters guide.
4 – Campaigns almost always provide contact numbers in your voters guide – USE THEM
Especially important for the State budget is contacting your legislators – Let them know that
Mental Health Services are important to you, and ask them what they will do to support services.
